All requests must be financially sustainable, covering setup and ongoing costs (e.g. IT, furniture, leases, maintenance). Resident NC Units: Funded by the INFRA Programme, subject to availability, prioritisation, and approved business case. Other MoD TLBs: Must fund their own relocation works and ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and service supply. DIO Projects: Must follow the DIO process to identify options before submitting requests. Resident Contractors (BAES, Boden, KBS Maritime, Kuehne & Nagel, Leidos, Sodexo) with FMSP Outputs: Eligible for INFRA Programme funding, subject to the same conditions. External functions/outputs: Must fully fund relocation works and ongoing service and maintenance costs. Resident and External 3rd Parties/Commercial Operators: Liable for all accommodation-related costs (rent, maintenance, cleaning, service supply).
